For exterior and interior use. It has increased weather resistance, additional anti-corrosion properties (zinc phosphate content), coating durability, high operational and aesthetic properties. They are characterized by a fast drying time. It has a high content of non-volatile substances, sedimentation resistance, as well as abrasion resistance, an optimal combination of physical and mechanical properties, resistance to contamination, and high adhesion. Consumption in two layers – 500 g / m2

Surface preparation:

  1. Mix thoroughly before use;
  2. Clean the surface to be painted from dust, dirt, rust, and old coating detachments. If there are fat and oil films on the surface, then the surface must be degreased with white spirit;
  3. There is no need to apply a primer.

Conditions for carrying out painting works:

  1. Any weather conditions (all weather conditions);
  2. Ambient temperature: -55 to +55 °C;
  3. Any humidity in the air. It is possible to work in light rain.

Application methods:

  1. Main application methods: brush, roller, spray gun;
  2. Recommended number of layers: brush and roller - 1-2 layers, spray gun-2 layers. Average consumption per coat-200-250 g / m2;
  3. Application by high-pressure reciprocating compressors with a nozzle size of 23;
  4. The drying time of one layer of WHITEBAS metal rubber paint is 30 minutes at an ambient temperature of +20°C , from 3 to 12 hours at high humidity, raining or subzero temperatures.
  5. After finishing the work, the tool is washed with organic solvent xylene.

General precautions for working with paint and varnish materials:

  1. Work in well-ventilated areas;
  2. Use protective clothing, personal protective equipment for the respiratory system, vision, and skin;
  3. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.;
  4. In case of contact with the eyes, it is necessary to immediately flush them with plenty of water and immediately consult a doctor.

Storage and transportation conditions:

WHITEBASE rubber paint for metal should be stored in a closed container in dry rooms at a temperature of -35 to +35 °C.

Warranty period: 12 months.
The service life of the coating is at least 10 years.
