Working with the product

To achieve a high-quality coating, it is necessary to pre-prepare the concrete base. Sanding can be performed using both "wet" and "dry" methods. If the wet method is used, the concrete base must be completely dried. The level of sanding affects the quality of the finish and material consumption.

The soil components should be mixed in a 3: 1 ratio and thoroughly mixed for about 3 minutes using a mixer at 150-300 rpm. After that, let the mixture stand for 1-2 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape. It is important not to scrape the soil from the sides and bottom of the container when filling — this may lead to incomplete mixing.

The finished product must be immediately poured out and evenly distributed over the surface.

The time of working with the ground should not exceed 40 minutes.

Use squeegees, notched spatulas, and a needle roller to apply. The theoretical material consumption is 0.625 kg / m2.
The warranty period of storage of products in sealed packaging is at least 12 months. The service life of the coating is up to 30 years.
