Instructions for use:
One of the key factors for achieving a high-quality coating is pre-sanding the concrete base. Sanding can be performed using both "wet" and "dry" methods. If the wet method is used, the concrete base must be completely and thoroughly dried. The level of grinding, in addition to affecting the quality of the finish coating, also significantly determines the consumption of bulk material. For example, in the case of "mirror sanding", a consumption of 1.75 kg/m2 is sufficient to obtain a coating with a thickness of 1 mm.
The components should be mixed in a ratio of 4: 1 mix thoroughly for about 3 minutes using a paint mixer at a speed of 150-300 rpm. After that, let the mixture stand for 1-2 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape. It is important not to scrape the self-leveling floor from the walls and bottom of the container when filling — this can lead to incomplete mixing and the formation of defects on the surface.
The finished product must be immediately poured out and evenly distributed over the surface.
Working time with a transparent self-leveling floor should not exceed 40 minutes.
For application, use squeegees, serrated and smooth spatulas, a needle roller, and special shoes with needle soles to move on the freshly laid floor.
The self-leveling floor is applied with a minimum thickness of 2 mm and a maximum thickness of 4 mm in one application; for a completely transparent layer, the thickness should not exceed 2 mm.
The theoretical material consumption is 1.75 kg / m2.
