Recommendations for use:
WHITEBASE polyurethane primer areas of application:
WHITEBASE polyurethane primer has a good tensile strength (more than 300%), so it can be used on surfaces that are prone to cracking (foundation, waterproofing)
Basic surface requirements:
Attention!
All porous surfaces must be primed before performing waterproofing work. This action prevents excessive consumption of mastic and provides excellent adhesion to the surface.
WHITEBASE polyurethane primer is applied using a brush, roller or airless spray in 1-2 layers (with pre-drying of each layer for at least 1 hour) at a temperature not lower than -5 0C, the layer thickness should not exceed 0.2 mm (increasing the layer thickness leads to an increase in the curing time of the material and affects its protective functions). The drying time is 24 hours at 200C.
WHITEBASE polyurethane primer must be mixed well before use.
Work with WHITEBASE polyurethane primer should be carried out outdoors or in a ventilated area with fresh air access. It is not allowed to use open fire or near it.
WHITEBASE polyurethane primer has excellent adhesion to various materials, so it is easy to apply on vertical surfaces (walls, etc.).
After drying due to air moisture, the coating acquires additional strength and resistance to atmospheric and mechanical influences after 7 days.
After applying the WHITEBASE polyurethane primer, the tool is washed with xylene.
Storage recommendations:
WHITEBASE polyurethane primer should be stored in hermetically sealed containers in a well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight. WHITEBASE polyurethane primer does not freeze and fully restores its properties after heating to operating temperature. It is not allowed to open the material package at an air temperature higher than the material temperature, to prevent condensation from entering the package and premature polymerization.
The product contains an organic solvent, so the warehouse must be equipped with fire-fighting equipment and good ventilation.
Spilled WHITEBASE polyurethane soil is covered with sawdust and disposed of according to the rules of waste disposal.
