Recommendations for use:

WHITEBASE thin-layer floor covering is recommended for:

1. Protection of surfaces with mechanical impact (floors, drainage tanks, machine parts) protection against corrosion, dusting and cracking;
2. Protection of concrete structures from moisture and mechanical impact — - other works related to protection against corrosion and water.
3. WHITEBASE thin-layer flooring has unique mechanical properties and is in many ways superior to monolithic floors based on epoxy resins.

Method of application:

WHITEBASE thin-layer polyurethane coating ready for use, packaged in 20kg containers with removable lids.
Basic requirements for the surface on which WHITEBASE thin-layer flooring is applied:

• the surface must be free of dust, oil and dirt;
• the previous material must be removed by sanding or applying a new concrete coating;
• all traces of peeling of the coating must be removed.

WHITEBASE thin-layer polyurethane coating is applied using a brush, roller (with a short pile) or airless spraying in one layer at a temperature not lower than +10 ° C, the layer thickness should not exceed 0.3-0.5 mm. The drying time is 24 hours at 20 ° C.

The WHITEBASE thin-layer polyurethane coating must be thoroughly mixed before use.
Work with WHITEBASE thin-layer polyurethane coating should be carried out outdoors or in a well-ventilated area with fresh air access. It is not allowed to use open fire or near it.
WHITEBASE thin-layer polyurethane coating has good adhesion to various materials, so it is easy to apply on vertical surfaces (walls, etc.).
After drying due to air moisture, the coating acquires additional strength and resistance to atmospheric and mechanical influences after 7 days (at a temperature of 15-20 ° C).
After applying the material, the tool is washed with xylene or acetone solvent.

Storage recommendations:

WHITEBASE thin-layer polyurethane coating should be stored in hermetically sealed containers in a well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight. WHITEBASE thin-layer polyurethane coating does not freeze and fully restores its properties after heating to operating temperature. The product does not contain an organic solvent, which simplifies the method of storing mastic.
The spilled WHITEBASE thin-layer polyurethane coating is covered with sawdust and disposed of according to the waste disposal rules.

Warranty period: 12 months.
The service life is up to 25 years.
