Жидкая керамическая теплоизоляция WHITEBASE — это сверхтонкое теплоизоляционное покрытие на водной основе, в состав которого входят акриловые полимеры, функциональные добавки и микрогранулы из стеклокерамики. Предназначена для промышленного и бытового применения для тепловой и антикоррозионной изоляции трубопроводов горячего и холодного водоснабжения, котлов, объектов энергетического назначения, а также других конструкций из металла, бетона, кирпича и дерева. Материал рассчитан на температуру эксплуатации от –60 °C до +200 °C. Выполняет функцию теплового барьера, отражая лучистую энергию внутрь помещения, исключает возникновение конденсата, промерзания, а благодаря фунгицидам в составе — препятствует образованию плесени и грибка. Продукт пожаробезопасен (группа горючести Г1 или НГ), соответствует экологическим нормам, не имеет запаха и образует прочный финишный слой, совместимый с дальнейшей отделкой. Идеальное решение для изоляции труднодоступных мест, где нельзя увеличивать толщину конструкций. Всего 1 мм покрытия эквивалентен по теплоизоляции 50 мм минеральной ваты!

Working with the product

Instructions for use:

1. WHITEBASE liquid ceramic thermal insulation is delivered ready-to-use and is used as a heat-reflecting coating. Immediately before application, the material must be thoroughly mixed, if necessary, add 5-10% water to the "sour cream-shaped" state.
2. Поверхность, на которую наносится состав, должна быть чистой, обезжиренной уайт-спиритом или сольвентом, обеспыленной, без ржавчины и иметь температуру от + 1°С до + 150°С.
3. It can be applied without priming the surface, on porous surfaces: concrete, brick, plastered surfaces, wood, plywood, etc.
4. Эксплуатационная температура от -60 °С до +200 °С.
5. It is recommended to use an airless spray gun to apply the material on large surfaces in production conditions. On small surfaces, in everyday conditions and in areas with a complex configuration, apply the material with a brush and spatula.
6. The material consumption rate for a single-layer coating (0.4-0.5 mm) is 0.5 liters per square meter. We recommend two layers (0.8-1 mm) – 1 liter per square meter. It can be applied in layers up to a total thickness of 5 mm!
7. Work with the product should be carried out outdoors, in ventilated or well-ventilated areas. Use a respirator, goggles and gloves only when working with the spray gun in production conditions.

Storage and transportation conditions:

WHITEBASE liquid ceramic thermal insulation is stored and transported at temperatures above 0 °C.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

The warranty period of storage of liquid ceramic thermal insulation WHITEBASE at a temperature not lower than 0 degrees Celsius is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
The service life of the coating is at least 10 years.
