Surface preparation:

Mix thoroughly before use;
Clean the surface to be painted from dust, dirt, rust,
detachments of the old coating. If there are fat and oil films on the surface, then the surface must be degreased with white spirit;
There is no need to apply a primer.

Conditions for carrying out painting works:

Any weather conditions (all weather conditions);
Ambient temperature: -40 to +40 °C;
Any humidity in the air. It is possible to work in light rain.

Application methods:

The main methods of applying universal, wear-resistant WHITEBASE rubber paint: brush, roller, spray gun;
Recommended number of layers: brush and roller - 1-2 layers: spray gun - 2 layers.
Average consumption per coat-200-250 grams / m2;
Application by high-pressure reciprocating compressors with a nozzle size of 23;
The drying time of one layer is 30 minutes at an ambient temperature of +20 °C, from 3 to 12 hours at high humidity, rain or subzero temperatures;
After finishing the work, the tool is washed with organic solvent xylene.

Security measures:

Work in well-ventilated areas;
Use protective clothing, personal protective equipment for the respiratory system, skin;
Avoid contact of liquid roofing material with eyes and skin;

Storage and transportation conditions:

WHITEBASE universal, wear-resistant rubber paint must be stored in closed containers in dry rooms at temperatures from -35 to +35 °C.
