Жидкая кровля WHITEBASE Professional – инновационный продукт нового поколения для профессионального использования. Однокомпонентный состав основан на дисперсии блок-полимера стирол-этилен-бутилен-стирол (СЭБС) в органическом растворителе, который помимо зарекомендовавших себя стабилизаторов содержит добавки собственной разработки – наночастицы SiO2 и ZnO. Меньший размер частиц даёт большее их количество в поверхностном слое, следовательно повышает эффективность воздействия наночастиц для придания требуемых свойств композиции. Жидкая кровля профессиональная WHITEBASE образует бесшовное монолитное покрытие, обеспечивает 100% гидроизоляцию. Не требует предварительного грунтования поверхности. Расход на один слой – 500-700 г./м2 Нанесение при температуре от – 20°С до + 35°С, в два слоя. Временной интервал межслойной сушки 12 – 24ч. Комплекс добавок обеспечивает:

защиту от термоокислительной деструкции,
защиту от УФ излучения,
защиту от выветривания на открытом воздухе;
увеличение адгезии к различным видам основания;
увеличение гидрофобных свойств.

Жидкая кровля WHITEBASE Professional образует бесшовное монолитное покрытие, обеспечивает 100% гидроизоляцию. Используется для ремонта:

Сложносоставных кровель (металл, бетон, рулонные покрытия, ПВХ мембраны) с большим количеством примыканий, соединений к коммуникациям;
Ремонта наплавляемых кровель с большой степенью износа без демонтажа
Существующего покрытия;
Гидроизоляция проникающего действия защита от сырости;
Гидроизоляция и ремонт фундамента зданий и сооружений;
Гидроизоляция и ремонт подвалов, погребов, бетонные резервуары с водой;

Подготовка материала и поверхности:

Перед использованием тщательно перемешать;
До необходимой вязкости жидкую кровлю можно разбавить растворителем ксилол (не более 10%);
Clean the surface to be painted from dust, dirt, rust, old coating flakes, if necessary, degrease with white spirit;
The surface to be painted must be dry.

Carrying out painting works:

Любое время года: отсутствие дождя, тумана, сильного ветра;
Влажность воздуха: не более 80%;
Температура окружающего воздуха: от -20 °С до +35 °С.

Нанесение кистью и валиком — 2 слоя;

Время высыхания одного слоя жидкой кровли профессиональной WHITEBASE — 2-3 часа до «отлипа». Полное высыхание при температуре окружающего воздуха +20 °С — от 3 до 12 часов (при высокой влажности, дожде или минусовой температуре);
Процесс полимеризации занимает от 48 до 72 ч.
