WHITEBASE liquid roofing is an innovative new generation product for professional use.

The one-component organic solvent formulation is based on a complex of polymers and special copolymers, as well as proprietary catalytic additives. WHITEBASE liquid roofing forms a seamless monolithic coating that provides 100% waterproofing. It does not require pre-priming of the surface. Consumption in two layers – 1300-1500 g / m2 Application at temperatures from -20°C to + 35°C, in two layers. Time interval of interlayer drying is 12-24 hours.

Surface preparation:

Mix thoroughly before use.
Up to the required viscosity, the liquid roof can be diluted with xylene solvent (no more than 10%)
Clean the surface to be painted from dust, dirt, rust, old coating flakes, if necessary, degrease with white spirit;
The surface to be painted must be dry.

Carrying out painting works:
Any time of the year: no rain, fog, strong wind. 2. Air humidity: no more than 80%. 3. Ambient temperature: -20°C to +35°C.

Application methods:

Main application methods: brush, roller, airless spray machine;
Brush and roller application - 2 coats;
Applying a high-pressure airless spray device with a nozzle size of 23-2 layers;
The drying time of one layer of WHITEBASE liquid roofing is 1/2 hour for "before sticking". Complete drying at +20°C ambient temperature, 3 to 12 hours (with high humidity, rain or subzero temperatures);
The polymerization process takes from 12 to 24 hours.

An important condition is to maintain inter-layer drying!
After finishing the work, the tool is washed with organic solvent xylene.

Security measures:

Work in well-ventilated areas;
Use protective clothing, personal protective equipment for the respiratory system, skin;
Avoid contact of liquid roofing material with eyes and skin;
In case of contact with the eyes, it is necessary to immediately flush them with plenty of water and immediately consult a doctor.

Storage and transportation conditions:

Store in closed containers in dry areas at t from -35°C to +35°C.
Warranty period: 12 months.
The service life of the coating is up to 25 years.
